GUEST EXPERIENCE: We personally host and care for Wrenwood, making sure every guest feels right at home with personal responses, sparkling clean spaces, and warm, thoughtful touches. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, a friends’ getaway, or a relaxing couples’ retreat, every inch of Wrenwood has been designed for comfort and connection. ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with an outside security camera. This camera is used to monitor our home services and deliveries. We have one camera by the front door that is ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. PET POLICY: If you plan to bring pets, please reach out to us first for approval. If approved, we charge $100 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A PENALTY. CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS: This cabin is nestled in a rural, wooded area — a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Please note that with this beautiful setting comes the presence of local wildlife and native plants. You may encounter some of nature’s visitors, such as deer, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, lizards, insects, and other woodland creatures. While the property follows a strict pest control and cleaning routine, we can’t always prevent every curious critter from stopping by — after all, you’re staying in their natural habitat.
